Binay For Affordable Housing Loans |
Vice President Jejomar Binay plans to decrease the interest rate on housing loans in a bid to ensure that poor Filipinos will be given a chance to have their own decent housing. Binay, Chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), said a plan to decrease the interest rate on housing loans to 4 percent from 6 percent is being studied. |
