HOUSING FAIR REPORTThe Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council regularly conducts housing fairs to expand the governments housing programs and offer for sale eligible acquired properties of the different government shelter agencies and financial institutions. As a form of a non-wage benefit, the government acquired housing assets were offered for sale/disposition to government and private employees who are members of SSS, GSIS and/or HDMF at liberalized lending guidelines i.e. lower interest rates and longer repayment period. The following is the list of NHMFC foreclosed accounts sold/reserved in the Housing Fair 2009.
